Shipping & Returns Policy
New Zealand Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping across New Zealand costs $6.99
Shipping to Australia is $15
Everywhere else standard $35
Taxes and duties
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country.
Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O Boxes, please use a residential address when purchasing your product.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not provide refunds - so please choose carefully.
If your product does not fit, we are happy to offer a size or style exchange.
To initiate a product exchange, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange, including the product you would like to receive as a replacement
We will send you a pre-paid returns label (for New Zealand only, international exchanges must be sent back and re-posted at your own cost)
Return your item to us - items being returned must have tags still on and be returned to us in original product packaging. Items must have no visible signs of wear.
Please return your item to us within 14 working days
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email.
When sending your exchanged item to you, standard order processing times apply.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
For faulty or damaged products, we ask that within 14 days of delivery, you notify us of any issues. For faulty or damaged products, we require you to please send a photo of the item’s condition to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review photos within 1 - 2 business days.
We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and if we find your product is not fit for purpose, you will be provided a replacement or refund. You will not be expected to return your item to us in order to receive your refund.
